Gingersnap challenge : GC136 glorious greens and do you stack up: anything goes

Hi Bloggers, what a horrible day we are having here today in Cornwall, just the kind of day to sit by the wood burner and craft !
So I have managed to find some time to do just that!
I have made a ATC for the gingersnap challenge and the challenge at do you stack up !
To enter these click on the links below.

I have also entered it into the challenge : anything goes at

Here it is!

I made a capsule to place on the green background paper, and tore up a postcard printout I had, I used walnut distress ink to give the card and torn papers a aged look.

I used a moth from one of Tim Holz sticker books, and then covered this in glossy Accent.  I had a key brad that I added and also the translucent green heart.

For the lettering I dyed a newspaper with tea and tore out letters.

I added the green mica beads for added interest.

I hope you like it !
Oh by the way the card that I was going to show you all has been mislaid among my crafting kayos, some might say Junk :)
I'm sure it will show itself one day !

My treat for card making

Well here are the items that I bought for my card and Aceo making, looking forward to getting started, just need baby Bobby to give me a chance!

These are some new Deco patch papers, I will be using these for backgrounds on my tags and Atc's

I bought this fab bird file, I thought it would be perfect for storing my favourite papers in!

I also bought this Tim Holtz paper book and these great brads, which are lots of little tools, these stamps from paper Artsy will come in useful for my card making and artwork.

Hi All
I have just completed another set of 10 Christmas tags commissioned by Lyn ( she loved her last set)
This time she wanted them all different which was quite a challenge, but I am pleased with the outcome.
She will receive them tomorrow I hope she likes them !

I have made these using Deco patch papers, I have also made many Christmas capsules and attached these.  I have used vintage lace and buttons for finishing touches.

Newly finished tags and play date cafe challenge PDCC104

I have just finished a set of 10 tags which were commissioned by Lyn, the theme was autumnal colours but christmasy.
I have also entered this tag into this weeks play date cafe challenge PDCC104

play date cafe challenge

I have only shown you 1 as they are all similar, I have had great fun making these and am pleased with their outcome, I am now going to make more tags in a similar way,  using an angel theme. I have used Deco patch paper from my local crafting shop, Moments and made fabric holly leaves, I covered these in glossy accent. Then added two red beads as berries.

I used a stamp for the writing and then ripped this and stained with ink.  I made the robin rinchie, and added vintage lace onto ribbon, with a button for decoration.

I hope you like it !

Newly finished Aceo's

Hi All, well here are some newly finished Aceo's I have painted.  I have also made a vintage look collage Aceo as well, I thought I'd try something different, after looking at so many of you inspiring blogs!

I am going to place these on Ebay this eve.
' Balmy Day'

'Glassy'
'Dream'

I think I will make a few more Atc's in the style of Dream, I had,  great fun with it and made a rinchie filled with glossy accent, filled with a cutout cupcake and sparkly embossing powders.

The butterfly is cut out of velum and covered in glossy accents.

I am growing huge now, the babys dates are 3 weeks larger (help) trying to get crafting time in as it helps me relax, and makes time fly by.  It wont be long now!
